The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the applicable promotion terms and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses have a validity period, after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jilli123 Platform without the prior written consent of jilli123. Any unauthorized use of jilli123's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilli123 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

jilli123's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilli123 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilli123 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
